Terms and Conditions

• Fees are payable in advance at the beginning of each month
• Any changes to attendance, needs to be advised latest at the beginning of each month - (within reason) and alternatives can be discussed.
• Sessions cancelled 24 hours in advance can be made up at a prearranged time suitable to both parties
• Sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be forfeited, unless pre-arranged as mentioned in point #2 (excluding weekends).

E.g: Monday sessions need to be cancelled on a Friday by 17h00

• Monthly contract: (1 month) 
• - All sessions not used within the contracted  mo nth will not be carried over to the next month and will be forfeited

• Recurring monthly contracts (3 or 6 months):
•  - All sessions are flexible and can be used during the contracted period. All sessions not used within the contracted  period will not be carried over to the next month and will be forfeited

• Semi-private (duet) contracts
•  - In the case of semi-private (duet) classes, cancelled sessions cannot be rescheduled unless both clients cancel and reschedule simultaneously (within the recommended time frame as mentioned above).
•  - If rescheduling simultaneously is not possible the person that has cancelled will forfeit their session and the person who attends will continue as booked.
•  - Please note: full payment for both parties for the hour slot remains as originally booked

Booking your sessions is essential.  Walk-In’s will be accommodated upon availability.
