Duo Mat Session
Similar to the private session, the duet/semi private session is for 2 people, at similar levels, to work out together with one instructor.

Duet classes can either be Mat or Reformer duet classes. This selection is for the Mat sessions, if you would prefer Reformer Duet classes - click here.
*Please note - you are booking for 2 people (rates are calculated per person which means you would need to select quantity 2 of the package you select. You need to book for 2 - we don't organise workout partners, you need to join as a pair)

Once you have selected your session and checked out, you will receive a confirmation / invoice with banking details to complete your payment as well as the information to book your session/s.
